If you’ve suffered through the pains of actually having acne, then the last thing you want to have to deal with are the scars that can follow it. If this is a reality for you then I’m sorry. I really am. The only thing I can do to help you is to provide you with some information on how to clear acne scars. Clearing acne scars is not the easiest thing in the world to do – I’ll take that – but it can be done and once you find something that works for you, it’s just a matter of sticking to your program and getting the job done.
There is a menace in the sky every time you step outside the door… it’s the sun. Actually it’s not a menace and you shouldn’t feel worried about it at all. Everyone should get at least 15 minutes of sun on their face each and every day and treating the sun as an enemy won’t help you achieve that. That said, it’s important to treat scarring with the utmost respect, and block the more harmful rays of the sun. I’m sure if you ever head off to the beach or other ‘sunny’ spot you’ll bring the sunblock but what about your daily life? How much sun is hitting your skin throughout the day? If it’s more then a little bit then I recommend using some sunblock on a daily basis.
